- injuries of ligaments, tendons or muscles in the area of ​​the affected joint, residual signs of injuries;

- crunch when moving.

Radiography allows us to identify the progressing stage of the disease.

Treatment of arthritis of the shoulder joint

The curative course includes several activities.

Physiotherapy is aimed at strengthening and stretching the muscles of the shoulder girdle. Procedures can prevent the development of atrophy.

During the therapy, injections are administered using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and steroid drugs. Injections relieve soreness and swelling.

As additional therapeutic measures for reversible lesions, warming compresses and the intake of special food additives are often prescribed.

In cases of lack of effect from the use of therapy and physiotherapy, the method of arthroscopy is used.

In case of irreversible lesions, endoprosthetics are prescribed. This exercise involves the removal of the joint and the placement of an implant in its place.
