Also, daily pads are excellent in the first and last critical days, when there are not so many selections.

There is an opinion that women at a certain age do not need to use gaskets, since they do not already have critical days, this is absolutely wrong. 
Since most women with an already onset menopause have an increased disorder of the mucous of the genital organs, which causes itching and even involuntary urination. That is, the use of daily pads for hygiene is simply necessary.
Use daily gaskets only from environmentally friendly materials. With caution, you need to approach the use of flavored gaskets, and it is better not to use them at all. Because the fragrances that they contain, can cause allergies, irritation and "disguise" the unpleasant smell they can not afford.
Most doctors specializing in gynecology suggest that frequent use of daily pads leads to thrush. They are undesirable to use for more than six hours and, if possible, allow breathing delicate places. Some people think that it's better not to use daily gaskets, but, for example, take spare underwear with you.
