Phlegmonous acne is formed deep in the skin as a result of the activity of pyogenic microorganisms. They are painful crimson knots, the ripening of which proceeds slowly. When they are opened, from them dense greenish pus, sometimes with an admixture of blood is allocated. Such acne almost always leave behind scars.

Conglobular acne is the most severe form of acne. They differ in that a lot of small blackheads merge into one, forming a large bluish-colored abscess. Such infiltrates can erupt in several places. After healing, there are always scars of different types and long-lasting cyanotic spots. Localized such acne on the lateral surfaces of the cheeks, neck, back. Men are sick more often than women. This disease is difficult to treat and can last for years. It is believed that the causative agent of corneal acne is staphylococcus.

Treatment for acne depends on its type and severity of the disease. The disease can occur in mild, moderate and severe forms. If there are no more than ten inflamed nodes, the form of the disease is mild. If the skin contains about forty pustular formations, then the form of the disease is average. With a severe form on the skin, there are more than forty purulent acne.

The types of acne that occur in the adolescent period usually pass by themselves at a certain time. If acne does not go away after 25 years, then it's about serious problems in the body that require physician intervention.

The disease, occurring in a more severe form, requires an integrated approach, careful examination and long-term treatment. The help of a cosmetologist in this case is not enough. For treatment, sometimes you have to resort to the help of doctors of different specializations: dermatologist, endocrinologist, gynecologist.

The causes of the appearance of deep pimples are not fully understood. Very often, people suffering from this severe form of acne can not be treated for years without success. All local drugs often bring only a temporary improvement.

There are a number of factors that contribute to the development of acne. Such factors include heredity, the habit of squeezing out the gums, the frequent touching the face with hands, some types of decorative cosmetics.
