Do not overeat! After eating, we immediately begin to fall asleep. The fact is that in those moments when the stomach is full of food, the blood rushes to it. At the same time, brain nutrition is not enough.
Do not eat fatty foods. Better snack something easy. For example, vegetables and fruits.
In those cases when sleep will attack especially strongly, walk around the room, shake, make charging, press off the floor, do a few sit-ups. The main task is to disperse blood.
